If you received a quote from us, you can just reply the email with the following info:
A PO# (Optional).
Your shipping and billing address.
Contact person's name, phone, fax number, and email address (A must).
Required items' catalog numbers, chemical names, as well as quantities and quoted prices
Q: How to Pay by Credit Card?
A: Once the order is delivered we will email you invoice with instructions to pay
securely online. Please DO NOT email us the credit card information.
Q: How do I place an order on-line?
A: 1. Create a new account or login to your existing on-line account.
2. To find your desired product, you may browse through the directory and order products
individually by clicking on "Add to Cart" at the page of each product. To order
multiple items, just keep adding the items to the Cart.
3. When you are finished shopping, review your order and delete items you don’t want.
4. When you decide to order, just click on the "Order" icon at the bottom of the
Cart page. Fill in quantity and the required information. Click the "submit"
icon.
5. Log out your account by clicking on "Logout" icon at the right side of the
"My Account" icon.
6. A sales representative will contact you within 24 hours to finalize your order.
