We accept telephone orders and technical inquiries in our Customer and Technical Service departments between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Note: If order is not taxable, a resale or tax exemption certificate must be on file.

Shipping

eNovation Chemicals utilizes standard overnight or two-day Federal Express delivery (or equivalent). We will pre-pay and add the shipping and handling charges to the invoice as separate items. To ensure stability of our products, we reserve the right to ship on dry ice as needed. This manner of shipping could increase shipping cost.

Payment Term

The following types of payment methods are available: check (US Only), credit cards, wire transfer (International). Different payment terms may be arranged according to different cases though Net 30 days is the most common term.

Discounted pricing is available for bulk orders. Please inquire about the specifics when requesting a quotation.

Prices

We will hold the prices as stable as possible. But in some circumstances, prices may have to be changed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Warranty and Returns

eNovation Chemicals LLC warrants materials to be of the stated quality at the time of sale. This warranty is exclusive, and eNovation Chemicals LLC makes no other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. The Buyer must inspect goods immediately on receipt and inform the Seller of any shortage or damage within seven (7) days. Quality problems must be notified within thirty (30) days of receipt. Return shipment will not be accepted without permission.

Product Usage

In General, eNovation sells research chemicals for only research and development, not for food, drugs, cosmetics, agricultural, or other household products. Because eNovation does not sell to individuals, all purchases must be made through a business, research/biotech company, or a college/university. eNovation reserves the right to refuse sale to any customer. Likewise, as a condition of sale, the Buyer/User must be properly trained and experienced in the field of chemistry to properly handle and use the products. The responsibility of safe use of our products rests entirely with the Buyer/User. eNovation is not liable for any loss resulting from the handling and/or use of our products. By purchasing from eNovation, the Buyer/User certifies that their use of the products will not violate any law or regulation. Furthermore, the Buyer/User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless eNovation, its Employees, Agents, Successors, Officers; and assigns, from and against any suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and all expenses that eNovation incurs as a result of claims against eNovation based on negligence or violation of policy or contract brought about by the Buyer/User.
